Zombie PC Repair — reports

PHP pages for MariaDB / phpMyAdmin data from db_sql.sql (re-import if you need vendors / receiving / extended employees columns). Set credentials in includes/config.php (copy from includes/config.sample.php). Place zombie_logo.png in this folder next to index.php.

• Repair tickets (list) Work orders with customer, device, tech, labor, status.
• Repair ticket (printable) Single work order: intake, parts, labor, invoice link.
• Customer drop-off / intake (printable) Signed intake: equipment, condition, authorization block.
• Vendor incoming parts (printable) Receiving ticket: PO, carrier, line items, extended cost.
• Staff roster (printable) Name, role, email, phone, hire date.
• Invoices summary Invoice totals with amount paid and balance.
• Invoice detail (printable) One invoice per ticket: parts lines, labor, payments.
• Payments ledger All payment rows (split payments show as multiple lines).
• Customers & devices Master list for intake / lookup.
• Parts catalog SKU, name, cost.
• Employees (compact) Staff list and ticket counts.

Use the browser print dialog for PDFs to hand out to students.
